Refund policy

At Water Every Drop, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1) Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
2) Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used water filters
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Clearance or final sale items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used filtration products cannot be returned.
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
4) Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
5) Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong product was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6) Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
