We currently ship to customers within the United States.

2) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time means the time needed to prepare your order for shipment.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4) Shipping Carriers

We use reputable shipping carriers to deliver orders. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and package size.

5) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

6) Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after it is generated.

7) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to deliver. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier and household members first.

9) Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

10) Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
